All of our Tutors are vetted thoroughly and have been educated at either Cambridge or Oxford University
Therefore they have not only been through the application process themselves but also experienced first-hand the personalised one-on-one manner of teaching championed by the universities. They are then able to use this approach in all the work they do with us.
Our tutors are interviewed by a member of staff before we invite them to join Oxbridge Applications. Following the phone interview, tutors are recommended for specific roles, whether that be interviewing, working at our in-school events, supporting students with their admissions tests or subject-specific mentoring.
Tutors receive in-depth training from the Oxbridge Applications team, as well as from external interview specialists to help them give the best possible support to students.
We constantly review our tutors based on their feedback and results to ensure that the students we work with are receiving outstanding subject-specific guidance and advice at every stage of their application.
