We hired OA to help us navigate the UCAS application as we were applying from the US and were unfamiliar with the process. Theo Boyce worked with our son and he was admitted with unconditional offers to almost all the universities he applied to. He helped with course selection, interview prep, guidance on the personal statement. Despite the time difference meetings were easily arranged and emails answered within seconds.
