Sales Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Central London
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 salary + uncapped commission (c.£10,000 OTE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: October (with flexibility)

As a Sales Consultant, you'll speak with families, provide expert admissions guidance, manage enquiries, and convert leads into enrolments.

What we're looking for:

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● Sales experience, ideally in education (preferred but not essential)

● Strong negotiation and closing skills

● Oxbridge degree (preferred but not essential)

Senior Sales Consultant

Lead high-value client conversations, deliver expert Oxbridge admissions advice, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced, ambitious team.

What we're looking for:

● Oxbridge degree (essential)

● Experience advising students and families on university applications

● Education consultancy and sales experience

● Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills

Senior Advisor (School & College Counselling)

Location: Hybrid, Central London
Salary: £40,000 plus the opportunity to undertake additional private client work
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (with some flexibility)
Start Date: January 2027

Guide students through the US college application process whilst supporting partnerships with leading schools. Provide one-to-one advising, deliver presentations and parent workshops, and contribute to programme development.

● Experience in US university admissions and college counselling

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● Passion for student success and educational excellence

● Confidence working with students, parents, and school partners
