If you’re applying for Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine you will need to sit the Biomedical Admissions Test, or ‘BMAT’. Your score in the BMAT will be used to help decide whether or not you should be called for an interview, and may also be taken into consideration if Admissions Tutors have to decide between you and an applicant who performed equally well at interview.
